Great trustworthy service Got in my 2012 Plug-in Prius yesterday and it would not start and lights and symbols were flashing like crazy. Called Auto Club and they were able to Got in my 2012 Plug-in Prius yesterday and it would not start and lights and symbols were flashing like crazy. Called Auto Club and they were able to get it running by charging the little tiny battery. My husband called ahead then drove it to Northridge Toyota and in a couple hours, the battery was replaced. Big thank you to John Flannigan and the service department. More

Leasing a new 2018 Camry We leased a new 2018 Camry and returned a previously leased 2016 Camry. Dealt with Bob Chitwood, his manager, and Brian the financial person. They provided us with to the point information, were respectful and courteous, extremely pleasant to work with. As a matter of comparison, I also explored leasing a Lexus, we found the Lexus sales persons disappointing and Northridge Toyata staff all very pleasant to deal with. We plan to send our friends to Northridge Toyata and specifically to Bob Chitwood. Thank you for your excellent, time efficient, courterous, and respectful service. My wife and I are both hooked on coming back to you. More
