Turns out, the service person recommended doing the 90,000 service even though it was done on our last service in April. In April, we had 87,600 miles and he recommended the 90,000 mile service which we did. Without checking back this week, since our mileage was now 89,600, he just assumed that we needed the 90,000 mile service. I had told him that this is our second car and we only drive it around 5,000 miles a year. When I got home and checked my previous service record and noticed that I had a second 90,000 mile service, I called the service desk. Upon confirming that was the case, he credited my account accordingly. A positive recovery to a situation that should not have happened if he had just checked our records. By the way, I used the same service person in April as I did this week. More

Service Department Brought the car in response to a Toyota Factory Recall. Uber was called to take me home while the recall was handled and Uber sent to bring me back w Brought the car in response to a Toyota Factory Recall. Uber was called to take me home while the recall was handled and Uber sent to bring me back when my car was finished. A part was ordered for a repair and that was done a week later. Couldn't be happier at the way both visits were handled. Dealt with Phillip Takla and he was wonderful - most courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend Northridge Toyota.Service Department.
