Mark Gili did an outstanding job as my Service Advisor today. He truly went the extra mile for me. I had my transmission rebuilt a couple of years ago by a local transmission repair shop, and am now h today. He truly went the extra mile for me. I had my transmission rebuilt a couple of years ago by a local transmission repair shop, and am now having problems with it. Mark took a photo of the transmission fluid reservoir, which showed there is a bolt missing. It is leaking, among other things. As the trans repair is still under warranty, I can now return to the local shop to report my findings. Mark also expertly coordinated the 100,000 mile service of my 2011 Camry today. Many thanks for his attentiveness. I sincerely appreciate all of his assistance today and will ask for him in the future. More

I went to Northridge Toyota to find a new or almost new Rav4 to replace my C-Max which I am giving to my daughter as she is almost 18. The team at Toyota Northridge worked well together and many individual Rav4 to replace my C-Max which I am giving to my daughter as she is almost 18. The team at Toyota Northridge worked well together and many individuals helped me since I had a lot of questions both before and after buying the car. They have been just as helpful even after the sale as they were before, so I really respect that. Tahla specifically helped me the most and is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. I was amazed how he was able to answer some questions that I didn't think there would be answers for. He has walked me through the entire process and helped me feel empowered in making what I consider a big decision. Also when I had specific concerns and called when Tahla wasn't there, both the managers Juan and Ace were extremely receptive and patient in helping alleviate them. I got the sense they truly cared about making sure I was comfortable with the car and not just trying to convince me for the sake of a sale. Zulley too was great as she was the one that first helped me take a test drive with my younger daughter, who loved the car. Very important as she gets carsick easily. She's the happiest of all so far, so thank you! More

This was the worst experience buying a car I ever had . First, I had purchased a warranty for $600 and the finance director Mike J. charged me $1500. After reviewing the contract I noticed the over charge. He straight out lied to me and was ripping me off. He mentioned having been working there over 25years, I can just imagine how many other people he has ripped off in all those years. Second of all, after 14 days of purchasing the car it started making a clicking sound. I took it to a local Toyota dealer and they reported the left axle was broken and advised me that this car was poorly inspected and this issue should had been caught. Since it was sold as a Certified vehicle, I then had to leave the car to get the problem fixed. What ever happened to your 160- point quality assurance inspection? More
