We were aware of every step our salesman was at in the car buying process and I was amazed! We live over an hour away and passed several other dealers to come to northpointe strictly because of their attention to detail and excellent customer service! Car buying isn't my favorite process and both boyd and Tim made it unforgettable. We have now purchased two vehicles from northpointe and will be back for more.
