Excellent customer service! My fiance' and I were in an immediate need for a vehicle when we found Northpointe Motors. My fiance' being an over the road trucker made a purchase My fiance' and I were in an immediate need for a vehicle when we found Northpointe Motors. My fiance' being an over the road trucker made a purchase difficult as he was not around to sign. I picked out the vehicle and test drove-meanwhile my fiance' handling all business negotiations over the phone. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us! Once we decided on a vehicle the dealership overnighted the paperwork to my fiance's next delivery location and he simply signed and overnighted the paperwork back. I was then able to pick up our vehicle with no issues remaining! Excellent work staff! More
