Great experience, extra help! I just bought my new car today at the Kalkaska location, and the salesman Aaron was the one I dealt with. I have the ability to go elsewhere, but I have had nothing but good experience with all vehicles, salesmen, and locations. Aggravated to Excited My parents were in desperate need of a vehicle and time was of upmost importance. Boyd was beyond professional and always kept his word. If Boyd said"I'll call you back in 2 minutes" he was calling me back. Boyd took his Tim with me and put me into touch with Derrick. Derrick was also extremely professional and helpful. Within less than 12 hours my parents were the new owners of a vehicle they never dreamed they would be approved for. Now... I can't wait to get rid of car and have the same awesome experience that my parents had. Boyd and Derrick are the best salesman and the most professional friendly human beings I have ever met!
