They were getting the run around from everone but when they stop at Northpoint they people were very friendly and very good at their jobs. They are the most honest and hard working sale people around. By time they got done talking Derek Bertram. He helped them and we ended up driving away with a 2006 Buick Rendezvous with very reasonable payments . I am so pleased on how well they treat people and how well they were able to help us out. I would go there any time for a car. Derek made us feel like deserved a car when all the other dealerships made us feel worthless. Also when we said that there was a small problem with the Buick Derek was right on top of it and was willing to get us the parts that we needed to make it right. More

Very Friendly and Helpful!! Buying a first time car for my daughter wasn't as easy as I had thought. I was looking for something cheap, but reliable. I was car shopping for over a month and had visited several different dealerships in my area. Northpointe Motors was one of the first dealerships I had visited. Although they did not have anything in my price range at the time I was there, they took my contact information and stated they would contact me in the event they had anything in my price range. After I left and continued my search for a vehicle, I had several unpleasant experiences with other dealerships. They were quite rude after I explained I did not want to get financed, but instead I was looking for a cheap, first time auto. They would make me feel like I was wasting their time. I was just about to give up car shopping for the moment, when, out of the blue Stephanie from Northpointe Motors called me. She asked if I was still in the market for a vehicle and I explained that I was, but again, I was limited on what I was willing to spend. She was extremely nice and understanding and told me she may have what I was looking for. She took the time to send me pictures and even spoke with Derek who approved the sale price right over the phone! They held the vehicle for me until I got out of work so I could look at it. Derek greeted me right away and seemed eager to please and was a treat to work with. The car was exactly what we were looking for and my daughter was able to leave that day with her very first car. Between Stephanie and Derek, they managed to take my negative encounters with other places and turn this into a very positive experience. I simply cannot thank them enough! More
