Northpointe Motors - Kalkaska

The dealership did repairs on my truck I still had under lease, balljoints, idler arm, pitman arm, new tires and rims. They didn't tighten down the driverside CV axle nut and the wheel bearing exploded whil lease, balljoints, idler arm, pitman arm, new tires and rims. They didn't tighten down the driverside CV axle nut and the wheel bearing exploded while going down the road, the idler and pitman arms were never replaced even though I was charged labor and parts for it. The tires were not new, there is a plug in one when I got ot and it's now a slow leak. Don't buy from them or let them do work on your vehicle. More

They SUCK!!! They don't care We opted for a lease from Northpointe while our two main vehicles were down because they told us we could terminate the lease early if we chose. During the lease time frame we learned we have to pay $495 to terminate the lease early. Our financial situation turned dire when I lost my job. I made several phone calls and spent hours being passed from person to person any time I had a question I needed answered. I even contacted BBB and Northpointe refused to help us. Then the car got a gas leak. They would not help or budge at all to help us out of the lease or make special arrangements for the car's maintenance even though I told them we were facing foreclosure and late bills. They do not care about people at all. They will put you in a deeper hold than when you started and think nothing of it, claiming everything is outlined in their policy. More

Illegal titles transfers I purchased a truck lease to own paid off in full 5-22-17 and had transferred to my wife and her friends name. They never transferred or paid it off.
