Don't buy a car from them ! I bought a car because I was in need , I assured that they would help me find a reliable car ! What they found me was a lemon ! My car has been repaired 3 time and has been only running for 1 month out of the three months I have had it and I still have to pay in it ! I asked when I bout it if they knew why the check engine light was on she got it checked and said it was air ! I informed her before I left that the air conditioner wasn't working , two days later I told her the back windows wouldn't go down and the back hatch wouldn't close and she assured me she would fix them and they hasn't been fixed ! Three weeks later my car started over heating and hasn't stooped! I'm over it I call her and she transfers me or tell me she is on the line with someone ! I want a car that runs ! Please of you have this problem report them to the attorney generals ! People need to know ! I will be pressing charges ! Because I wasn't informed of there preexisting problems ! Don't do what I did and buy a car from north point motors More

Nobody at northpoint will give you a high up manager or the owners number so the dealership couldn't release my Tahoe to me until north point paved for it so I missed work because of not having a vehicle to get there and I had to find a ride home and a ride to get the vehicle when they finally got it paid for the next day they are the worst people I've ever dealt with and its obvious they can't pay there bills and if you need to talk to someone in charge forget it it won't happen I would rather call custom service in a third world country at least they will transfer you to a manager or someone with the power to get things taken care of. I am sickened with north point and will be wrighting this everywhere I can to warn people not to deal with them and don't just take my word for it look up the reviews from other customers I wish I had before I went through the xxxx they have put me through More

The cost is around 500 and she says she is unable to fix it because it's not under warranty ! Well I have a payment do and it pay for a car that doesn't run or get the car fixed either way I was tricked !
