What impressed me was that the salesperson provided me with the net cost of the truck with all the discounts/rebates available to me compared with other dealership that did not provide me those information. When I went to Northland Chevrolet, I was welcomed and was showed the truck that I was looking for and was given the price that they sent me over the internet. I have been researching the internet for the truck that I am interested in and Northland Chevrolet has the best deal. Jesse Fischer emailed me what I was looking for and was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the truck I wanted and they had the right color I wanted . Jesse remained calm and during the conversation, he was not pushing the product that made me feel comfortable. He also helped me get a better deal on my trade-in. He took the time to demo and explain everything that I need to know to properly operate the vehicle. Carrie Ann Kinner was very helpful with the finance side of the experience.
