Fast, friendly and fair After researching and searching the local market for quite some time I spotted a SUV on the lot that matched exactly what I was looking for. I pulled in the lot near closing time and spoke with the sales manager. He had no problem staying after hours to let me test drive and then talk about the vehicle. After agreeing to preliminary terms him and the general manager stayed late to help us try and drive away that night! Around 9:30pm banks were not quite cooperating (understandably it was 9:30pm after all) so we agreed to come back and finish the next day. The next day I had already received communication by 11am via voice mail and email that everything came into place and the purchase agreement was better than we had talked about the night before. As we had discussed the night before I rolled up around 5:15pm and the salesman along with the sales manager were waiting for me. In no time at all we were through the process and out the door. Everyone at this dealership is top notch from the General and Sales Manager, Salesman, and Finance manager. They all make you comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend doing business with Northland Chevrolet. Thanks! More

positive exsperance I contacted the dealer via the internet and had quick response with the information that I asked for which did not require additional inquiries. What impressed me was that the salesperson provided me with the net cost of the truck with all the discounts/rebates available to me compared with other dealership that did not provide me those information. When I went to Northland Chevrolet, I was welcomed and was showed the truck that I was looking for and was given the price that they sent me over the internet. I have been researching the internet for the truck that I am interested in and Northland Chevrolet has the best deal. Jesse Fischer emailed me what I was looking for and was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the truck I wanted and they had the right color I wanted . Jesse remained calm and during the conversation, he was not pushing the product that made me feel comfortable. He also helped me get a better deal on my trade-in. He took the time to demo and explain everything that I need to know to properly operate the vehicle. Carrie Ann Kinner was very helpful with the finance side of the experience. With the positive experience I had, I will always go back to Northland Chevrolet in case I buy another vehicle and welcome the opportunity to refer people looking for a car or truck to go there for their next purchase.
