I initially brought my car in for a diagnostic test and to schedule an oil change. Rachel scanned my car quickly and got me in for an oil change the next week. She even left me a little note and keychain thanking me for bringing my car to them to be serviced. The small act of kindness was so appreciated! Recieved absolutely disgusting service by this place, step daughter of college age came in to see why her headlights weren't working we were told we needed a $600 multifunction switch BEFORE they'd know step daughter of college age came in to see why her headlights weren't working we were told we needed a $600 multifunction switch BEFORE they'd know if the bulbs were bad and was charged $160 for 1 hr. Diagnostic. We declined the work. She then had a friend take a look at it they tried a new bulb no luck. Then they replaced the relay that costed $40 and guess what it worked so I demanded the diagnostic back because if the tech had actually ran through diagnostics he would have found the relay bad and not quote us a $600 multifunction switch and was also told relays don't just go out...I've worked on many cars over the years and I've fixed plenty of cars by just replacing a relay especially on a 18yr old car with 300k miles on it and now there is no manager to be found to return my calls over the last 2 weeks so we paid $160 for either a tech that was lazy and didn't diagnose it or they were trying to take advantage of a college aged customer.
