Bad experience! We took our car up to Northgate Ford (8/26/19) to the service department and they called us back the very next day to say they "couldn't find anything We took our car up to Northgate Ford (8/26/19) to the service department and they called us back the very next day to say they "couldn't find anything wrong with it" and that we could come get it, when we came and picked it up (8/27/2019) not only was the car still doing the same thing it was that caused us to bring it in but the car was a MESS! There was mail opened, I had a voided check on my mirror vizor that was thrown in the back, everything from the middle and glove compartment was thrown everywhere, the items on the door were tossed on the floor and seriously much more to write! To say I'm pissed is an under statement!! I trusted Northgate Ford with our ONLY car and I am in shock that not only did we get our car back with the SAME issue but ESPECIALLY the condition of the car. This is unacceptable Northgate Ford, and I want answers! Nobody should entrust a dealership with their vehicle just to have this experience. I called and left a message and hope to hear from someone soon! This is ridiculous!!! I will be making a police report as well!! More

Service Department SUCKS!!! I took my car for a recall repair - dropped it off the night so the repair would be done on my day off as I was told it was 1/2 day job. I had planned on picking my car up later in the afternoon. I called SEVEN times to check on the status- NO ONE ever answered and after leaving two messages, I never got a call back. I finally called the sales manager at 5:45 as I needed my car for work the next day and asked him to walk over to the service dept to see if I could pick up my call. He called at 6, said the service techs were gone and no car. I was not offered a loaner car or shuttle. I now have to pay an Uber to take me to work, I have to leave work early and get an Uber to take me to Northgate Ford if my car is ever ready. Crappy crappy service!!!! I am in the market for another new car as I just paid my other off. Tried to schedule a simple oil change. On my first attempt, I was disconnected. I tried again. A male told me the earliest they could schedule me was Nov. 26 and then he hung up on me. I tried to complain via their chat media and was told to "Have a wonderful day." I don't know if it is under new management or what but I will NEVER do business with this place again. Beware if you want anything from this place. More

Josh Houston, Service Advisor I bought a Transit Passenger Van in March from Northgate Ford and since purchasing it have been converting it for traveling. One of my challenges in t I bought a Transit Passenger Van in March from Northgate Ford and since purchasing it have been converting it for traveling. One of my challenges in this process was tire traction as a result of less overall weight in the van with all of the seats removed. I made a service appointment with Northgate Ford and worked with Josh Houston who is a Service Advisor. He was awesome to work with in resolving the tire issue and was totally committed to making sure the solution we went with was the safest and best solution for my van before I drove away. Josh’s level of expertise gave me a high level of confidence and certainly customer satisfaction that the service department cares about what they are doing. Since my service visit I have taken the van on a road trip and am pleased that it handled beautifully and Josh's solution proved to be exactly what was needed. THANKS again Josh! Purchased 2 new cars in 2014 the same day ...Sorry we did We purchased 2 new cars in 2014 and today we came back for another oil change and found out there was two recalls on them and asked if we would like t We purchased 2 new cars in 2014 and today we came back for another oil change and found out there was two recalls on them and asked if we would like to have done..we said yes and they said it would take longer then just wait for oil change..they would give us a loaner car for the few hours. We said ok and then they said ...I need to check gas, you must bring back with same amount of gas....It is your recall and you now offer me a car for my inconvenience - a car to use and I have to add the gas. I feel this is a place I have been to 5 times for free oil changes (which is a plus) but this is not a very pleasant experience. Putting your customer out for your recall of your product gone wrong...is not our fault. Thank you Kay M, More
I have never received such horrible service in my life I took my car to their service department for a simple repair. They kept it almost 4 weeks, only called once during the entire time, They kept promisi I took my car to their service department for a simple repair. They kept it almost 4 weeks, only called once during the entire time, They kept promising to return calls and didn't; they kept guaranteeing it would be done by a certain date and then that date would come and go, it wouldn't be ready and they would even bother to call and explain why. The best part, the reason it stayed there for that long is because the hit my car while it was parked on their lot and caused over $1,600.00 in damage to it. They repaired part of it, returned it with a broken tail lamp, and when I finally get to pick it up, I get there and the damage it was originally brought it there for, wasn't repaired. They refuse to repair the original damage or cover any part of it, even though I was told it was under warranty. They ignored my request to repair the light they broke and Rob Schoenhoft has not returned my call to discuss the issue. I currently have a complaint open with the Better Business Bureau and thus far, their response to the complaint is that they "don't see why they would be liable to repair it" and that they acknowledge a "lack of quality communication" on their part. To little, to late, guys. Service like this is why car dealerships have a bad reputation. I had heard that Northgate Ford was different, clearly that is not correct. More
