The moment that I approached the dealership there were people greeting me and offering help. My current car was a 2001 Ford Focus ZX3 which has been a great car, but it was time for a new one, and was interested in the new 2013 Ford Focus ST. Found a new 2014 Ford Fiesta ST which was a really sporty looking car, and perfect fit for me. Everyone of the staff that I encountered was very nice and helpful and willing to go out of their way to make my experience a memorable one. It was also late so they were all staying to get things done so I was able to take the new car home that day. Would recommend this dealership to my friends and family! More

I had very specific vehicle desires and Bill was able to get a Ford Fusion located 250 miles away brought here for purchase within a day. Over the years, we have purchased a 2012 Lincoln MKT, 2014 Fusion, 2010 Fusion S, 2010 Fusion Hybrid, 2012 Escape. When our Old 1st generation Focus is ready to be replaced, we will be back. No pressure and great customer care. The first time I came in I didn't have a whole lot of time. I just wanted to take a 'peek' at what Ford had to offer. Kurtis Hume approached me, I explained I was on short time. He politely handed me his business card and made himself available for any questions I had. After looking at 2 other makes I was considering as well as Ford I returned to Ford for 3 reasons. One, I have used Northgate Ford service department in the past and was impressed with them. Two, Kurtis didn't pressure me into 'buy today!' Three, Ford had the features I wanted and needed (not to mention reputation). I originally came in for a Focus, Kurtis had the forethought to ask me what I was going to do with the car... When I told him that i had two teenagers, he had me sit it the back seat of various cars and asked how the kids would do in the back seat. Great thing he did that, my son is 6'4". I am very thankful he showed me the others cars!! He even found me a "demonstrator" which helped me with my budget. Every one at Northgate Ford exceeded my expectations. This includes sales staff (Kurt & sales manager), service department (all front line staff very friendly and helpful) and support staff who completed my final paperwork (Ashley Lorenz). More

I purchased a used Mustang in Cincinatti from another seller. After driving the vehicle back to Idaho where I live, I made an attempt to transfer extended warrantys with my local dealership, and they lef seller. I got in touch with Cheryll Hendrickson and asked for her help beings the vehicle was purchased at her dealership, and the extended warrantys were purchased there also. The Mustang had come from an estate sale, and Cheryll helped me get a release from the attorney for the estate so I could transfer the warrantys to my name. Here is a person who was willing to work with me from 2000 miles away, and my local dealership 4 miles away just gave me a number for Corporate Ford and sent me on my way stating that there was nothing they could do. I bought a used 2012 Shelby with only 800 miles, drove it home 600 miles (Back to Iowa) and the next day the clutch went out. I'm experienced with manual transmissions--the one I traded was a 5 speed Cobra, home 600 miles (Back to Iowa) and the next day the clutch went out. I'm experienced with manual transmissions--the one I traded was a 5 speed Cobra, so I know this was an issue with the car prior to me driving it...whether it was a defective clutch, prior owner burned it up, or staff @ Ford tearing around. They wouldn't let me drive it until after signing the purchase agreement. I contacted them the next day (after having the car towed to my local Ford Dealer) and Northgate gave me absolutely no support or resolution...wouldn't even offer to split the cost of a new one. Buyer Beware!! More
