The dealer gave us the name of someone who we had called before and didn’t care for the price quotes and they didn’t seem to want to mess with the VW beetle we had called about. So we didn’t really want to give them our business for the Toyota. Instead we went back to the Ford Dealer where my husband had purchased a Ford Truck in July. We worked with Greg Suchanek when buying the truck (that is a whole story within itself!) and he was extremely helpful in getting the Beetle remote start installed on the car. We explained we wanted the same thing on our Toyota. He said no problem and we set up a date and time to drop the car off. He even gave me his car for the day so I could go about my business and not have to wait for the car. Our Daughter has purchased her first car from Greg also. We were going to use our employee/family discount plan but Greg got her a better deal by using the Ford Plan thus making the car cheaper and her payments lower. Greg is a very helpful but not pushy/aggressive sales rep at the dealership. I highly recommend him to family/friends that I know are car shopping. He goes out of his way to be sure his customers are happy and satisfied. So pleased to have gotten Greg on our first visit and we will continue to work/deal with him for future needs. More

prompt, honest and fair We purchased a used car from Northgate Ford. Our experience started on autotrader.com. We found 8 cars that fit the description we were looking for. After researching the carfax's and contacting both private owners and dealers it was clear that Emily Royse and Vicki Wilburn from Northgate Ford in Cincinnati work the hardest by answering all our questions promptly and honestly. The were not pushy or heavy on sales pressure. I felt as if they were working for us by the way they responded to all our questions. After two days of conversations with people from 5 different states we felt most comfortable buying from Emily and Vicky. On day 3 we rented a car drove 5 hours to Cincinnati. When we arrived our car was inside waiting for us to test drive it. It was exactly as pictured on auto trader and as Vicki said. After a fair test drive and inspecting the vehicle checking every option, button and gadget (Everything worked as promised) we returned to Northgate Ford where they had all the paper work ready to go. The price was exactly as agreed on. They had a temporary lic. plate on the vehicle when we were done signing the papers. It couldn't have gone any more right. We had time to drop the rental car off, buy some goodies at Jungle Jim's and eat a bowl of Chili. We were really impressed with prompt honest and fair way we were treated at Northgate Ford. Which made the 5 hr ride home in our new ride that much better. More

She never pressured me to buy a car right away and was extremely well organized when I went back a few days later to make a purchase. Other staff members were also extremely friendly and helpful to quickly process paper work and explain how to operate various features in the car. My family has been customers with this dealership for 15+ years and have always been highly satisfied. More

They towed it back and told me first it was fuel pump. Then the sending unit, and finally just a bad fuel gauge. Jerry said to just watch the odometer so you know when to get gas...REALLY? They offered another car but none we liked. They didn't want to spend the 800.00 to replace the cluster gauges. I continually call, email, and chat asking for options or my money back. Nobody tells me anything or calls me back. At this point they have the car and 1000.00 of my kids money as it was to be his car. Next stop BBB! More

We are on our 1 month after the warranty expired and we are told that we need a new engine in the Jeep. When I called and spoke to Jason he was unable to compromise with our situation. Here we are just had bought a car from them 4 months ago and they are not willing to stand behind their product that have sold to us. I called back later and spoke to Pat (female) to try and get some compassion as well as a compromise from her. I was told that when we bought the Jeep that we meaning my husband and myself thought it was a good quality product that is why we bought it. Northgate Ford also stated it was a quality .product. I said exactly and as you being the professional and us being the buyer taking you at your word that the Jeep would have lasted longer than 4 months and their unwillingness to compromise by meeting us half way on a product sold to us, I was writing a review to let other buyers know what had happened. Pat told me to make sure that I tell I was offered an extended warranty and declined. My question is, on a JEEP with only 69,000 miles on it who would think that I would have needed an extended warranty. And that their product would have failed us after only 4 months. Buyers Beware!!! Shoddy Customer Service. More
Poor customer service experience I purchased a new car here in 2013, and was very satisfied with the experience and my sales agent. I discovered in 2014 that they had failed to switch my registration over to my new car. I understand mistakes happened and tried to give them a chance to make it right. I called 4 days in a row and was told to talk to Tammy. I was sent to her voicemail 3 times and left a message that was never returned. I called back the fourth day to speak to a manager. I told him my prob, and got the same response, that I needed to talk to Tammy. When I said she hadn't returned my voicemail he sent me to someone else's voicemail. That message was also not returned. Finally I went into the store to talk to someone. Told the manager there the same thing and that none of my voicemails had been returned. Her response was 'maybe she didn't get the message'. She then suggest that I go to the bmv and get new plates since that is all they would do anyway. At no point did anyone acknowledge that not returning messages is not ok, and now how they handle things, or that a mistake was made along the way and they had any responsibility to fix it. I will fix it myself at this point and never return to this dealership. Once they have your money, you're dead to them unless they think they can get more out of you in the service dept. this is all a shame, my sales agent did a great job (believe his name was Andre). More

I started to walk away twice and wish I had done so. I will never buy there again or recommend them. I went to Kings Ford and bought my wife a used car in a little over an hour! He rushed me out the door because they had closed 30 minuets before I left. The next day I found there were several things that didn't work on the truck, called the salesman and he told me that's too bad because they would not fix it. More

Cheryll told me to pay 10-12 months on the car and come back to see them. She would help me find a lender to Re-finance with lower interest. I came back with a higher credit score and all my bills paid on time for the prior 10 months. They were able to again put me in a new Ford Escape much more loaded than the prior one and now get me Financed by Ford Motor Credit in Tear I. My own credit union could not do for me what they did for me. I am extremely pleased. I have more car for my money, a lower interest and still a smaller payment. I will continue to bring any future business to Northgate Ford. More
