Stood Behind Their Word I purchased a used 2012 Expedition Limited to replace an older 2008 Expedition EL that was recently totaled in an accident. My salesman, Jerry, showe I purchased a used 2012 Expedition Limited to replace an older 2008 Expedition EL that was recently totaled in an accident. My salesman, Jerry, showed me the three vehicles that they had on hand and after test driving 2 of the 3, I settled on one. There were a few minor issues that I wanted fixed before agreeing to purchase the vehicle as well as the air suspension needed to be replaced. Jerry gave his word that it would be taken care of and all the issues were repaired at their expense and they even provided me a loaner vehicle while the repairs were made. I will definitely be returning to Northgate Ford when the time comes for my next vehicle. More
