His client had left as soon as we approached, and he immediately introduced himself, took our information - and handed us the keys for a test drive. Eventually, we agreed to a sale. When it came time to crunch numbers, Andre made the experience very pleasurable and easy. We got the car we wanted, at the price we wanted, with great service. We stayed pretty late, but their team was with us the entire time - and made sure we did everything accurately while maintaining a good experience. After spending more than a month of I researched extensively the pros and cons of purchasing a new car versus used as well as leasing versus buying. After spending more than a month of looking for a car, we narrowed our selection down to 3 vehicles that were scattered throughout Indiana and Columbus. Since Northgate Ford was local, they were our 1st stop. We were convinced Northgate would be a stop and look before the next two, but after meeting Vance, we ended up purchasing the option we had originallyranked 3rd. They were great to deal with but the icing on the cake was the last stop in finance. Ashley Grohoske was awesome to work with and actually located a rate that was lower than some of the rates we were quoted on a new vehicle. The buying experience was painless and I would definitely recommend Northgate Ford to others looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Pre-owned purchase Paul was great. He had moved the car we wanted to look at to the Truck center since that is where is was when we came down. It's hard to find a deal Paul was great.
