Over the past 35 years, i have had the pleasure of dealing with the personal service from Bob Broecker and Shannon at a previous Ford dealership. Our sales guy, Jay Baldwin has also gone out of his aay to take care of us. I live over an hour away from Northgate Ford, i have numerous Ford dealers i can choose from between my home and Port Huron. No matter when, or where i have an issue, my vehicles always get shipped, hauled, towed or dragged all the way up to Northgate Ford. I will not deal with any other Ford Dealer due to the honesty, and many years of excellent support from their service department. My experience in purchasing my reserved Bronco through Northgate Ford was excellent. Despite the rising prices during the reservation period (and despite the suspect actions of other dealers) Northgate di Northgate Ford was excellent.
