Horrible! My husband and I knew what we wanted and had financing done. We weren't even in a parking spot before they were swarming us! He wouldn't give us a price on that either. Then the salesman said he might be able to work with us and get the first in our range. He kept trying to finance us, when we told him we had it taken care of. We were there 2 hours and didn't have a price or a trade in value for our current truck. He kept pushing us to come back and I told him we were not coming back without a price. It shouldn't take that long. They didn't have any knowledge and had no clue what they were doing! I wasted my time there and would never recommend anyone going back. I realize that asking for 2k off a already reduced car is a lot but he kept saying he could do it, turned out he couldn't, after he wasted all that time. I had been looking for the right car for sometime and finally decided to go in and take a look and test drive the Dodge Caliber. When it came down to crunching some numbers, I figured I could expect the usual bait and switch technique most places have tried to use on me in the past, since I'm female and look like I'm 12! Haha, but that aside...I was plesantly surprised when they came back with a completely reasonable offer. I didn't feel pressured into the purchase at all, nor did I feel rushed at any point, like I had been there wasing anyones time (as other dealerships have been more than happy to express in the past). Went in to buy used Jeep and ended up with a new Jeep. Dewayne would not tell me what my trade-in value was or the price of the car - only my payment.
