Although this dealership did whatever they could to help, the entire process of picking up, purchasing, or leasing, an automobile can and should be streamlined industry wide.It should not take four hours. It can be made quicker and easier. More

They said it was their policy to not hold cars unless there was down payment made. I thought that idea sucked as I spent a lot of time and money going to see the car and ended up with nothing, More

Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. Issues and red flags started immediately. I showed up in July to test drive a 2013 F-150 advertised online. Upon entering the vehicle to start the Issues and red flags started immediately. I showed up in July to test drive a 2013 F-150 advertised online. Upon entering the vehicle to start the test drive it was absolutely filthy and smelled of hog manure. They didn't even bother to complete a full detail other than maybe a quick vacuum and wipe down. The truck was also not running correctly, it is no wonder it sat in the lot for as long as it did in a hot buyers market. I wasn't satisfied, so they had me look at a 2011 F-150 they had just gotten in on trade. This one was much cleaner, presumably from the previous owner as they don't bother to get their vehicles in selling condition... I ended liking it enough to end up sitting down and discussing financing options with them. They were able to offer what seemed to be a good deal but made sure to put in the documents that this vehicle will be sold "As Is". Well fast forward 3 months later I hadn't received my title in the mail from the state and temporary proof of ownership had expired. I called Finance Manager John K to figure out where my title is and he said the state was missing the lien release from the previous owner. Northfield Automotive failed to do their due diligence in collecting all documents in the trade before selling me the vehicle. 5 Months and multiple phone calls later, I still have no title. John K has failed to return calls and seemingly doesn't care about resolving my issue as he just keeps saying "your title is coming." I even told him I will be leaving a bad review and he stated "do what you need to do." John and Northfield Automotive don't care about their business, why should any consumer give them theirs? I wish I had known that before hand. On top of that, the truck I purchased had the timing chain go out almost immediately costing me over 6k in repairs, which I had a feeling they knew about considering their forcefulness in putting "Sold As Is" in the contract. I can't even sell or refinance the loan because I don't have my title, costing me a lot of time and a lot more money. I would look elsewhere, I have had nothing but headaches dealing with Northfield Automotive. More

I have used this dealership for years both for purchasing a new vehicle and for service on that vehicle and would not even consider going any place else. They are 5 star in every category. Dangerous car and uncaring employees. They’ll be nice to your face and tell you what you want to hear, then the moment you’re in the car, they forget all about you. We bought a used Chrysler 300. We drove i your face and tell you what you want to hear, then the moment you’re in the car, they forget all about you. We bought a used Chrysler 300. We drove it less then a mile before I called and told them something was wrong with the car. They said it’s “sold as-is” and hung up on me! We didn’t even make it home and the wheel bearing broke on the passenger side. They put us in a very dangerous situation and I called them again and was told it’s too bad because it’s sold as-is. We took it to a shop and we had to pay out of pocket for a new wheel bearing. I asked them for help and I’ve just been blown off. And the salesman Brandon blocked me so I can’t call or text him, that’s a little childish in my opinion.I bought the car to get me back and forth to chemotherapy and surgeries for my stage 4 cancer and I explained to them when we bought the car that we needed something reliable. We were on a budget and they acted like they cared. Brandon Dahlin was our salesman so beware when dealing with these people, they will take advantage of the situation and run the moment you need help. We drove off the lot and the car broke… We didn’t even make it home with it and we had it in the shop. The mechanic we took it to was shocked that a dealership would sell a car in such a dangerous condition. More
