I was in search of a new Mazda after an unfortunate event of totaling my CX-9. While it wasn’t my intention to buy a new car for a while, I needed to make a quick decision given the circumstances. I have received multiple follow up correspondence after the delivery of my car to ensure everything has been going well. I initially made a call before going in and Rich, one of the sales managers, was very accommodating. He went out of his way to find the best option for me, including price, which was a big factor. Rich helped navigate different lease options with no pressure being put on me. In addition, Brian in finance was great. He got all of my paperwork done quickly and was friendly to talk with.
