With this being my eighth Mazda, and my third from this dealership, I am happy to report the service is outstanding! CPO Purchase - lied about previous owner The service and care was excellent at the beginning of the process. The team was not as pushy as most car dealerships, and my wife and I felt as though we were able to make our own decision without being backed into a corner. Dominque and the rest of the team were able to answer all of our questions and seemed to be honest throughout the process. However, when we asked about the previous owner of the CPO vehicle we were interested in, we were told that they didn't know for certain, but they thought it was a regional sales manager who leased the car and traveled between 2 or 3 locations across the country. Seemed reasonable, given the 16k miles put on the vehicle in one year. After getting home with the vehicle, we noticed the key ring actually appeared to be a rental car. We asked whether the vehicle was actually a rental car or not, and were then told "yes, all the CPO vehicles are rental cars". That is 100% not what we were told during the purchasing process. Instead, we were given the runaround about the vehicle being leased by a regional sales manager. Had we known the car was a rental, my wife and I would have absolutely reconsidered the purchase. We feel as though we were blatantly lied to for no reason. Love the vehicle so far, but watch out if you're buying a CPO because apparently they are all rental cars. More

Well cared for in our shopping expereince My wife and I spent two weekends shopping for a new family car. The first to identify the make and model we preferred and the second determining the specific vehicle we wanted to purchase.  We did our research ahead of time and felt that we had a pretty good understanding of where or preferences would fall as we made the change from a sedan to an SUV. For us, the Mazda CX-5 stood out from the others we were interested in. (you can read the blogs and watch the review videos to make your shortlist).  The entire experience at Northshore Mazda was a pleasant one.  It was easy for us to book a test drive online, Bill created a short video of the specific vehicle we were looking at so we knew ahead of time what the features were for the trim level.  When we arrived the dealership was very welcoming and comfortable.   We worked with Duarte Bettencourt both weekends we were doing our shopping.  He did a great job showing us around the vehicle and pointing out the features.  His test drive procedure was the best we experienced while we did our comparison shopping.  He explained where we would go on the drive so we had a sense of where we would be going and he gave directions at appropriate times.  He also did a great job pointing out features when they were applicable to the driving situation.   Duarte made us well cared for all the way through our purchasing experience.  He asked us what was important to us, he was not pushy, he followed up at appropriate intervals, and he worked with our schedule to make the purchase happen including helping us to connect our phones to the car as the dealership was closing. Duarte and the rest of the team at North Shore Mazda were a pleasure to work with through our entire car shopping experience. More
