We returned to North Shore Mazda to buy 2 new Mazda’s, a 2021 CX-5 grand touring reserve and a 2021 CX-9 Signature edition. This is our second set of Mazda’s from Eric Martiniello and Brian Coyle. We returned to North Shore Mazda because of Eric and Brian. Both of these gentlemen were knowledgeable, helpful, and made the car buying experience another fun time. Durante was great! I had an awesome experience with him. However, while discussing whether or not I wanted to make a purchase that night, the manager came over (can't remember his name, he was bald). I was hesitant, I wanted to make a decision the next day since I had a long day and wanted to make a decision clear minded. The manager pressured me, put me on the spot, and kept grilling me when I said I wanted the night to think about it. Wouldn't take NO for an answer. It was honestly embarrassing, I wanted to get up and walk out on the spot after that. Too bad because Durante was awesome but the manager put a bad taste in my mouth. He killed that deal which is a shame. Stop with the old school, sleazy sales techniques, doesn't help or seal the deal. More

Terrible. Sold me a car that they knew had problems, didn't tell me about the problems till they day after I payed for it. I had to fight with them for 4+ hours to get a refund and now are trying foreve didn't tell me about the problems till they day after I payed for it. My experience with Dominique was the worst among other Mazda’s dealers (Liberty, Wellesley, Mastria). Before coming into the dealership, my name was typed incorrectly. She took longer than others dealers Mazda’s dealers (Liberty, Wellesley, Mastria). Before coming into the dealership, my name was typed incorrectly. She took longer than others dealers to get the cost of the vehicle. I waited for like 10-15 minutes but other dealers were around 2-5 minutes. She took an unnecessary step for me to sign “I agree to buy the vehicle if the prices is affordable and...” on a piece of paper before getting to know the price. I didn’t sign obviously and found it to be very redundant. She still provided the price of the vehicle thereafter. What a terrible way of playing mind game with customers! However, she’s a friendly, patient person. More
