I bought a used BMW M5 form them. Paid for it drove it home and then around for a few hours. Called them the next day and and explained that we had made a mistake and that this car wasn't right for us. Th home and then around for a few hours. They said that they had not put the paperwork in and I should just come and return the car and they would return my check.I offered to pay a fee for the their trouble and they refused it. I feel they went above and beyond what they had to and I highly recommend them as an honest and customer focused dealer. More
