We strive for excellent customer experiences here at North Shore Honda. At times the information listed on a website will vary to anything "live" as in this case with the mileage. We do allow demo vehicles to be utilized as well as loaner vehicles in certain cases. Matt tried to manage all that was happening and we discussed the matter. We do hope we have the opportunity to work with this customer again but also realized there will be times people leave with the experience we strive to create. I did personally speak with Jose after this experience to learn more and try to help with anything possible. While thankful for my reaching out, he did inform me of his purchasing something else before having the opportunity to revisit our dealership. We were not able to have a 2nd chance with Jose and have since looked into the pricing he mentioned online vs. on our vehicles.
