Me and my husband joseph, wanted for our first car a used one, as we wanted to enjoy ownership of a car for the first time in our lives. We started to look for a honda deaership, as we were familiar using my mother in laws honda civic. Me and my husband started looking around and settled in NORTH SHORE HONDA DEALERSHIP. This was a terrible catastrophe, Our first night of ownership driving off the North Shore Honda Lot; Problen after problem after problem, when me and my husband got home and were parking the car in front of our house, we had paperwork such as proof of insurance for the car that were necessary to keep in the glove compartment of the car.But as we both tried separately to open the glove compartment of the car; it would not budge to open; worse was the glove compartment lock cylinder fell out! We both me and my husband both looked at each  other with total frustration of this car we just this same evening drove off the North Shore Honda Lot! We decided we would call this dealership the next day; My husband joseph called and finally after the 100th call finally got in touch with the North Shore Honda General Manager David Haber! Unhelpful we asked to please return this piece of junk used car from North Shore Honda Dealership. However the reply The General Manager of North Shore Honda gave us was and I will Quote him; Mr David Haber said "I AM SORRY BUT I JUST CANT TAKE THE CAR BACK AND RETURN YOUR MONEY".Me and my husband were appalled; We had owned the car one single night, we had called North Shore Honda the very next day to get all our money back All $17,000 of our money. It just comes to show that sometimes money does blind people to do terrible things taking all of me and my husbands savings for this terrible broken lemon car. I sincerely hope people read this and take notice. All these employees at North Shore Honda are money Hungary thieves! ALTHOUGH WE (MYSELF AND MY WIFE) MIGHT BE STUCK WITH THIS GELOPPY-LEMON CAR WE HAD PURCHASED FROM NORTH SHORE HONDA DEALERSHIP; DOES NOT NOT MEEN I SHOULD NOT WARN THE PUBLIC OF THIS TERRIBLE NORTH SHORE HONDA DEALERSHIP. That same night I get home I tried to open the glove compartment the lock cylinder fell out of the actual glove compartment. Then another problem appeared the front console door was also broken. It would not close/lock into place. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT NORTH SHORE HONDA IS USELESS & INCOMPETENT. I HAD TO CALL THE NORTH SHORE HONDA DEALERSHIP ADLEAST 100 TIMES. TILL FINALLY I REACHED BY PHONE Mr. DAVID HABER, THE GENERAL MANAGER AT NORTH SHORE HONDA, ABOUT THE BROKEN ITEMS IN THE CAR. Their had been other problems in the car. Mr. Haber.said to me on the phone to "MAKE A LIST OF ALL THE PROBLEMS IN THE CAR AND BRING IT INTO THE NORTH SHORE HONDA DEALERSHIP FOR HIM TO LOOK AT. I called that same day that I was coming in with the list he himself told me to write if all the problems in the car. I CAME ALL THE WAY FROM BROOKLYN, to deal with this. I walked in to the NORTH SHORE HONDA DEALERSHIP. I SEE THE GENERAL MANGER: David Haber, I go over to him and he tells me "Sorry, I HAVE NO TIME TO DEAL WITH YOU" Mr. Haber then Turned his back on me. I GOT TO SEE THE NASTY SIDE OF THIS NORTH SHORE HONDA DEALERSHIP. TILL THIS DAY Mr Haber has still NEVER LOOKED AT MY LIST, except for two things he finally fixed. The best experience by far I have ever had when purchasing a new car. I have purchased a Nissan before, along with a Honda from another dealership, but never felt comfortable with the experience. purchasing a new car. Well, from the initial greeting John made me feel at ease with the whole experience. He was extremely friendly, and NEVER made me feel pressured into buying a car, unlike every other experience I have had with other dealerships. He was very informative, and broke down the whole process for me in a way that made it quite easy. In the end, the management team shook my hand, and thanked me for the experience, they were all courteous and again, NONE of them pressured me into the sale. I feel I needed to post this because they deserved to be recognized, and knowing I now have a place to go to for my future car purchases helps relieve the anxiety that used to come with buying a new car.
