Back in October , my husband and I started researching a replacement vehicle for my 2001 Honda CRV. My CRV was very good to me and getting up in age. I seriously considered getting another Honda but at the urging of my husband, I went into North Reading Subaru. It had been many years since I bought a car and quite honestly I wasn't looking forward the pressure of buying a new one. I had no intention of purchasing a car on that October morning. Then we met Dwight O'Hara, Dwight gave us the space to check out the inventory on sight. Very surprisingly, he did not pressure us towards any one particular make or model. He was readily available to answer any and all questions about the vehicle we had in mind and all financing options. I love, love, love my Subaru!! Thanks Dwight More
I walked in off the street after doing my Subaru homework on line, I was in an investigative state of mind. After meeting Subaru Salesrep, Dwight O'Hara, and his excellent approach to get me an immediate te on line, I was in an investigative state of mind. After meeting Subaru Salesrep, Dwight O'Hara, and his excellent approach to get me an immediate test drive in the car of my investigation ,I was impressed by the excellent service to a walk in person. Dwight quickly set up an evaluation of my 2005 Subaru Outback which I intended to have in trade for the 2014 Outback. We talked how I was just evaluating and would return at a later date with my wife to test drive again. He left to confer with his Boss Dan H. He said he could make me an offer with my trade on this day and sure enough the, 2014 Subaru Outback, I had investigated on line was now under an agreement with my deposit. My wife test drove the car. Financial service was provided by Steve Bavota. I drove my new car home in three days time as Dwight expedited the registration and the car prep to get my satisfaction. My overall experience was excellent and one of the best feelings in buying a car from a dealership in my life. I strongly would recommend the North Reading Dealership to anyone buying a Subaru. More
We were pleased with our salesman Dwight we went to several dealerships and explained we were just looking. After being unable to purchase a Subaru in PA over the Christmas holiday due to not having changed my license to my current state/address, I found North Reading Subaru as the dealer closest to work. They had good reviews online and I was able to get a locked in price off MSRP through TrueCar. Dwight did a great job getting me the car that I wanted, in the color I wanted, and I was able to drive away in my new car within days of first popping in to visit. The only reason I gave one star off on price was because it wasn't made clear to me that I couldn't get the reduced APR on a car loan if I didn't use a shorter term loan. It wouldn't have changed my choice, but it would have been nice to have it pointed out at the time of writing out the loan application. All in all, a fantastic experience! More
In looking for our Subaru, we had a very helpful employee called Dwight. He knew that we had looked at other dealers and could compare the cars we looked at. He was not one of those salesmen who push you t called Dwight. He knew that we had looked at other dealers and could compare the cars we looked at. He was not one of those salesmen who push you to buy a car that day. We liked that. He knew what he was talking about and knew what we wanted in a car. When we were buying it he tried to get us the lowest price possible and the greatest deal possible. He wanted us to have a car we could enjoy, at a price we could afford. We are really enjoying our Subaru. Dwight also was a nice person and enjoyable and easy to talk to. The North Reading Subaru Dealership also had a small snack bar (free of charge). There they served ice cream, which was very good. They also had candies and crackers, coffee, water, and more. Overall, it was a good experience at the North Reading Subaru and I would highly recommend Dwight as your salesperson. We are very happy with our Subaru and would recommend this dealership. :D More
I must write to tell you about my pleasant experience with North Reading Subaru. My wife and I knew exactly what we wanted to buy as this was our 3rd Subaru. Rui Coelho, our sales consultant, sensed that with North Reading Subaru. My wife and I knew exactly what we wanted to buy as this was our 3rd Subaru. Rui Coelho, our sales consultant, sensed that we knew what we were talking about and didn't waste our time with a rehearsed sales pitch. He took us out to the lot and showed us the car we were considering. In addition to the best price we were offered, we appreciated that no sales pitch was made to buy any extras when signing the paper work for the new car. We have never been to this dealer before and needed our GPS to find them. :) Rest assure if we buy another Subaru will we will call them first. More

When I decided to look for a used car, the salesperson offered the same level of expertise, while treating my needs just the same as when I was going to buy new. There was never any pressure to buy, and ample time given to come to the right decision for me and my family, who were welcomed and comfortable in the showroom while we came to a decision. Could not be happier with my purchase experience at this dealership! More
Dealer worked with me to set my new car up exactly how I wanted it. Everything worked out well and I love the car. Service department charges 67% markup on MSRP pricing of parts. When I asked about discrepancy between the price on the Subaru Genuine Parts website and my invoice I was told that they need to make money on parts. Dealer Stepped up to the plate, for us and found the vehicle we were looking for with all the options we wanted. Transferred the vehicle to N. Reading at no cost to us.
