We are delighted at how knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth Rhett Sanders as a sales person is. My wife and I were trying to decide whether to buy a Subaru Impreza premium automatic (2011) or a 2010 to earth Rhett Sanders as a sales person is. My wife and I were trying to decide whether to buy a Subaru Impreza premium automatic (2011) or a 2010 Mazda 3 S hatchback, and after taking a Subaru Impreza for a test ride, with Rhett in our car, we were sold on Subaru. Simply, this guy knows his stuff around cars, and he was able to answer numerous questions we had, ranging from the performance of Subaru vs. other cars, to explaining the future prospects of ownership of Subaru vs. other cars. Simplu, Subaru Impreza felt superior to Mazda 3, although Mazda is also a very good car. The best part here is that did not end up buying our Subaru at this dealership. After Rhett explained everything we needed to know, we told him that we needed to do our due diligence, and just research prices at other dealerships, but that we would still give him the last shot. Whereas other dealers would not let us go, or would behave as if we killed all members of their families - Rhett was totally cool with our decision, and he understood us completely. That made us really inclined to buy our car at his dealership. The next dealer we went to was completely the opposite, so we walked out of there as soon as possible. But the third dealership, which is by the way, gave us a really good deal on the car. I wanted to see how close Rhett could get to the price we were getting, so I gave him a call. He consulted with his manager, but they couldn't get that price. Now, if the price difference was a slight one (let's say, a couple of hundred dollars), we would have still gone with Rhett. But in this case, the price difference between dealerships was quite big, and the harsh economical realities, made us choose the dealer with the better price. But that doesn't diminish our overall experience with North Reading Subaru. The bottom line is if you are thinking of buying a Subaru, go to this dealership and ask for Rhett. He will convince you in a most friendly and non-pressuring way that Subaru is a car for you. The deal we got from a different dealership is just our stroke of luck - it doesn't happen that way often - and again, if our financial situation was just a bit better (we recently lost our brand new leased car in a flood here in MA), we would have definitely gone with North Reading Subaru. I was not looking forward to buying a new car. That changed when I showed up at North Reading Subaru. I dealt with Lucas Casella when purchasing my new Outback and he could not have been easier to wor changed when I showed up at North Reading Subaru. I recently purchased an almost new vehicle from Lucas Casella at N. Reading Subaru. Lucas was kind, patient and knowledgeable without being pushy or aggressive. In my family I have auto sales folks and auto mechanics, so I was "loaded" with advice and information, ready to do serious bargaining....it was not necessary. I honestly feel that I now have a wonderful car (Legacy Sedan) for a reasonable price. Lucas was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you, Lucas ! I would definitely recommend N. The staff really listened to what I wanted and came up with the perfect car for me. There was no pressure and they were really easy to work with. I think that some of the sale staff there might be a bit with the perfect car for me. There was no pressure and they were really easy to work with. I think that some of the sale staff there might be a bit more aggressive than George, but if you get George you will be very pleased with his low pressure approach. And I think that the philosophy of the dealership is to respect the customer. Just tell them what you want and the price you want to pay for the car and financing and they will do their best to get it for you. More

Entire experience was terrific. Test drove a forester and the impreza outback. Rett was knowledgable and able to answer any questions that came up on either model. We were treated very well. George and Dan are very friendly and informative. All the pricing was done via emails. The decision to buy was up to us. There was no pressure to buy right on the spot.
