Annoying. I gave them my phone number, and now I'm getting robot phone calls from them telling me they think I need to bring my car in for service. I don't appreciate that very much. Also a while back I had my Impreza in for the 60k service. They called to say they were gonna put new tires on. I asked what kind of tires, and the guy didn't know. I guess they don't think you need to know that, only that it will cost you $600. Kind of insulting I thought. More

I knew what I wanted and he help me to purchase that (I probably ended up with an even better car with his help) Finance Manager Steve was extremely professional, meticulous and helpful. I purchased at the "extras" time only what I needed and kept my costs to where I wanted. A very comfortable buying experience in today's world of tight budgets. More

This was the most pleasant car-shopping experience I've ever had. Seriously. These guys know their product and their customer service is impeccable. After test driving a 2011 Outback in Wakefield & leaving unimpressed when the talk turned to numbers- the typical back and forth, keep 'em waiting tactic- I decided that proximity to home and "marketing at the mall" lures might not be the best reason to pick a dealership. So I researched all of the Subaru dealerships in MA and North Reading made the short list(thanks yelp.com!.) Greg and business manager Steve were professional, knowledgable and articulate which made the transaction a breeze. It also helped that I had done my homework and had numbers from edmunds.com on the average selling price for the model I was looking for. Everything is transparent here- even the coffee which you can see brewing through a window in the Keurig-like machine. Thanks Greg, Steve and Donna who got me my plates at the eleventh hour. I love my new Outback and can't wait to drive it in the snow! More
Went to this dealer for power steering trouble. They put a new belt on and said "that did not correct the problem". Was told that I needed a power steering unit and that they did not have Subaru part but w a new belt on and said "that did not correct the problem". Was told that I needed a power steering unit and that they did not have Subaru part but would get me a NAPA part. Two hours later, I was told that NAPA delivered the wrong part. Two hours later I was told that the new part did not correct the problem and that I needed a new power steering rack ( Again...a NAPA part). I stopped the foolishness and had them replace all of my original parts so I could get a second opinion. I went to Subaru of New England and they hand picked a mechanic to review my situation. After their mechanic looked at my vehicle, I was told that the power steering unit was fine, the power steering rack was fine, the old belt was fine...I simply needed the power steering belt tightened which corrected my problem. I spent almost seven hours at this dealership and could have been out $2,000 if I hadn't stopped the madness. I am taking the appropriate action with the Mass Attorney General's office to insure that this does not happen to other Subaru owners. More

What a pleasant surprise it was when I walked in to North Reading Subaru and saw Rhett. I had bought my Subaru Forester from him 7 years ago and was nothing but impressed with him and the car.
