My experience with the service department has been terrible. Both times I’ve made my oil change appointment a week in advance. Both times I’ve been told I should have my tires rotated and balanced (I’ terrible. Both times I’ve made my oil change appointment a week in advance. Both times I’ve been told I should have my tires rotated and balanced (I’ve agreed to pay the $66 fee). And both times, after waiting for two and a half hours, I’ve left their service department having received only an oil change. Two and a half hours and just an oil change! With an appointment! Ridiculous. More
