I took my 2009 Armada for service the end of March. I left it there on Friday and was picking it up on Tuesday since I was going to be away for a few days. Big mistake !!! I needed them to look at the t left it there on Friday and was picking it up on Tuesday since I was going to be away for a few days. Big mistake !!! I needed them to look at the two back windows that go up very slow and sometimes gets stuck and that didn't get fixed. They said the grease it and it still goes slow and makes noise that wasn't there before. I wanted them to fix a noise that the truck was making when I went over bumps and they did but he said it was not covered under warranty. They also replaced a belt that was making noise in the mornings. I told them that the wiper didn't want to go down all the way and they charged me $50 for an adjustment. When I got back on Tuesday I went to pick up the truck and it was not completed so they have me a loaner car for a few hours. They called me and tried telling me I needed to do a bunch of other things to the truck but ia don't trust what they day so I take it to my cousin which is a mechanic to verify I need those things done to my truck. Later that afternoon I picked up the truck and took it home but I noticed that the plastic vents where the wipers sit is all faded. I know my truck and I know that was not like that when I dropped it off. I took it back to the dealer and showed the service guy and he said he has not need to switch it and it was like that. Someone there switched it and I don't trust this service center and will never go again. More
I had purchased a car at this dealer 25 months to the day. Only because I was recommended by a friend who had purchased here. I scheduled a service for a free oil change that came with the purchase. I day. Only because I was recommended by a friend who had purchased here. I scheduled a service for a free oil change that came with the purchase. I indicated the milage and confirmed the last prior oil change with them. I also requested the free wash and tire rotation. I dropped the car off the night prior and called in the morning to confirm the time the car would be ready for pick up. Here is where the nonsense started..... I was then told that the car was due for 30K/ 24 month service, for $495. Which includes: oil change w/ filter (which I was getting anyway) replace air filter rotate tires and balance coolant system flush/ refill replace transmission/cvt fluid inspect and adjust brakes flush brake fluid replace wiper blades inspect suspenion and chasis Top off all under hood fluids perform engine oil additives inspect door and hood/ trunk hinges inspect tires/ wear inspect exhaust system Also, replace in cabin microfilter, for $89.-- I was a little hesitant at first due to price. I had just received a coupon from the dealer for $100 off 30/45/60/75K/90/105K Service. So I was expecting to pay $395 + 89 for microfilter for $484 + tax. No problem... I was told that this takes about 3 hours to complete. I called in to find out when the vehicle would be ready and then informed I was misquoted because the coolant service was not included and the price was $595. The price of $495 was already discounted. So basically, the price already included the $100 off. Here is where I totally lost my trust with these guys. Because until I mentioned the coupon it was never discussed. Another thing here is they offer free loaner car with service. Now this is the second time that they offer service after the fact that the car is already dropped off. At this point it is too late to get a loaner car. So I am already stuck without a vehicle... I balked at the charge and was explained that the err was discussed with the service manager and the best they could do would be to charge for the in cabin filter and not the labor for $50. They indicated that they had the best price in the area (specifically route 22). At this point is when I done further research and found out from Nissan and another dealer that the in cabin filter should be included in the service. When I went to pick up the car this was all discussed on what should be included and what I was originally quoted. After Dan further discussed this with his manager (over the phone because he was off for the day) they came up with a new price where I was not directly charged for the filter but the price did not include the discount with coupon. In conclusion after all this and finding out that the in cabin filter was included I was expecting to pay $395 + tax. Bottom line was charged $455 + tax. Even more the receipt does not even indicate the correct service as it states 15K service that I REQUESTED. Here is another change, where I did not in the first place request anything but oil change and rotation. I do not ever plan on ever going back to this dealership - not even for the free oil change. I do not even trust that they would change the oil. More
