Things have certainly changed! We have purchases Nissan's for many, many years and have always been quite satisfied with the sale and service. Our last two purchases however, have caused us to change our opinion and sentiment. The service has become atrocious! The personnel appear inexperienced and neglectful. You can wait for hours only to find out that the work on your car was completed but the staff "forgot" to let you know. Parts are not replaced properly and/or are missing. Ordered parts take forever to arrive and you only find out that they are "in" after making repeated inquiries. Returning your leased vehicle??? bahahaha! After being notified that your lease is up, being told to "just return it to the dealership", and after making arrangements to drop it off, you are told by the sales personnel, after a half hour, that and inspector has to inspect the car at your home and you can't return it until they file a report. Nice! Gone are the days of the great customer service that we have expected from No. Plfd., Nissan. Gone also is a repeat customer. More

I always receive outstanding service on my 2008 Nissan Altima at North Planfield Nissan. Richie, Danny, and Phil are always great to work with and provide good communication regarding my vehicle and the Altima at North Planfield Nissan. They are attentive, answer my questions, are quick to provide a "loaner" vehicle if the job is longer than expected, and provide updates as often as possible. I have been coming here since I first purchased my car here brand new (which was also a great experience) and will continue to do so. I came in to get tires replaced and rotated on my 2010 Altima. Vladamir came over to me and offered me a great price on a new 2013 maxima. gave them my car to do some body work on the trunk and replace rear glass. the car was returned after a month, the bill was 6000$ with lots of unfinished work and aftermarket parts.there were scratches in replace rear glass. the car was returned after a month, the bill was 6000$ with lots of unfinished work and aftermarket parts.there were scratches in 4 places on the hood which they gave me a big hassel to fix and i still have one more to go. every time i went there i was given bad attitude, no one ever called to follow up on anything or the quality of the service. soon after i got the car , the turnk started taking in water because the tail light was loose, and now my new 2011 car stinks like xxxx.. basically they dont do a good job, they use after market parts and they dont pay attention to details. bunch of thiefs no less !! More
