Go Elsewhere and save yourself a headache If I could give 0 stars, I would. I visited this Nissan on 7/1/2019 in hopes of getting an oil change and a tire rotation. I have had issues with this If I could give 0 stars, I would. I visited this Nissan on 7/1/2019 in hopes of getting an oil change and a tire rotation. I have had issues with this Nissan in the past but it is the closest to my home, so I figured new management, let me give it a shot. After waiting for my services to be completed, I was charged full price for both the oil change and tire rotation. Because I have had issues with this place in the past, I labeled my tires 1-4 to make sure they were rotated. I went to check and no surprise they had not been rotated. Oil change was done this time but the tires were not rotated and I was charged full price for it. I spoke with the manager and he didn't seem to care that this was the SECOND time my tires were not rotated but I was charged for the service. Will never return to this Nissan and people save yourself the headache, visit another Nissan dealership. More

They are big cons and I feel cheated I would give zero if I can. I went to lease a Nissan car cause I really wanted to have one and asked them to give me good deal. We had good conversation and he said all I have to pay is 202$ no down payment . I confirmed and reconfirmed with him and yet he did not give me any correct number and later charged me 2000$ . I hate what they did to us . We guineuly wanted a car and they tried to cheat us. I do not expect such services and never recommend going there. This is the worst dealer. More

used a genuine 25.00 coupon from doing a very long survey I took a very long survey from Nissan corp. for 25.00 cash to be used toward service. Coupon could be used with other Nissan coupons. The worst service ever. I have to wait for over 4 hours for brakes and oil change. I had 15% off and they only discount $31 out $435 bill. And by the way the other time I was there they left the battery checker on the battery of my car and it was close thanks God I notice before putting car on otherwise I probably would not be writing this. Please don’t go there if you do please check your car before putting on. And after all they didn’t even wash my car. More

My wife and I were on our way to a wedding when our brake li ghts went out. These incredible folks helps get us squared away, when they could have easily turned us away because of they were closing soon. M ghts went out. Mish (one of their techs) fixed us up and the service writer couldn't have been more nice. We made it to the wedding with our car and selves intact because of these guys. Thank you! More
