They left me know what was going on with the progress of my repairs as well as answered any questions I had. I was a few minutes late for my appointment due to an accident on the road, but they were understanding. The service took a little longer than anticipated due to my needing a light replaced. Honest, helpful North Penn service has always been helpful. Things go wrong with cars, it's bound to happen and it's frustrating and expensive. Radiator/cooler The service is OK; they are friendly. Of note, there is always additional work required, and it's hard to decide if it indeed needed. Radiator/cooler flush because the liquid is dark (was actually pink). One tire pressure was not working - advice change all with the updated version for more than $500. I single one cost $30 online. Prices for the part are on average 2-3 times what the cost online. More
