Your service department should do a commecial I came in to get new tires and an alignment and I feel like I drove away with a completely new car because it drives so much better now. I actually wince a little bit everytime I accidentally hit a pot hole. I bought my car from another dealer in the area, and I was not happy with the service of the dealer that I bought my car from. I then tried to get service at another area VW dealership, it is closer to my home and work, and tried unsuccessfully to even get someone on the phone to schedule service! Over the course of 3 months or so, everytime I called, they'd "connect me" to their service department, but I never got a call back at all after me leaving multiple voicemails that i was inquiring about making a service appointment. So I decided to get service at North Penn VW instead. North Penn VW has been such a relieving experience for me. The service department should do a commercial to highlight that they'll pick up the slack from the other car dealers. I feel much more comfortable on the road in a VW that's been serviced at North Penn VW. More
