A very civilized repair shop I planned to spend the day at North Penn Imports this week because my car needed several interventions. I knew it would be several hours, but I didn't hesitate because the service center waiting room is so accommodating. Plenty of desk space where I could work and lots of amenities - water, coffee, wi-fi. Frankly, it's nicer than my office! The staff kept me well-informed and offered me options. Out at a reasonable time! More

Always top notch service I have been using North Penn VW service for several years. There has never been a time while the cars have been in for service that the staff has not I have been using North Penn VW service for several years. There has never been a time while the cars have been in for service that the staff has not been professional and courteous. The waiting area is clean and upscale. There is free coffee and hot chocolate and tea and bottled water. The service techs are knowledgeable and do the work correctly the first time. I never seem to have to wait too long for service to be completed. If something is going to take longer than expected, the service coordinator will come out and explain the issues and estimate time of completion. In other words, I am never left hanging once the car enters the bay for service. More

Quick and convenient I didn’t have an appointment scheduled but they fit me in the schedule. I have two cars that I get serviced here and have had a range of small to medium issues that I have had taken care of. They have always been very quick to diagnose the issues and make sure you understand your options. They have a really nice video system where they send you a link a few minutes prior to them reaching out over the phone to a video of the inspection and recomendations they have for your car where the service technician walks through and actualy points out the issues on the car and shows you what they are talking about. Also of note they do work with aftermarket parts dealers like ECS Tuning if you want your OEM+ upgrades installed easily. I recently had an issue where the under shield was ripped along with the wheel well liner. I had them order a wheel well liner but already had the ECS Aluminum undershield, so they just installed that for me free of charge since there were no additional modifications. (obviously that last bit is key) still a lot of dealers don't even like dealing with non OEM parts. The one area for improvement is that i wish they gave you loner cars whenever you wanted them :D That was something Thompson did and it made it super convenient. But they do offer shuttle services/, quick service, and free loners on Major maintenance (like 40/80/120 or whatever your car's cycle is) but not on every oil change or what have you. Overall i have been very happy with the service and the amount of work they put in to make sure your happy and everything is how you need it. More
