Fast and professional I made an appointment on a Monday and was in at 7 AM the next day and got a ride to work where I started at 7:30. Wheel protection plan I arrived at 6:50am to get a flat tire fixed. Doors opened promptly at 7 and I was first in line. I had purchased the platinum protection on my wheel I arrived at 6:50am to get a flat tire fixed. Doors opened promptly at 7 and I was first in line. I had purchased the platinum protection on my wheels and tires which is why I drove all the way there to have them repair it. What one would think should take 20 minutes took 2.5 hours. At 7:30 when I noticed through the window that no one had even touched my wheel, I appoached the man who signed me in. He said they had to wait til 8am to contact the insurance company from whom they purchased the wheel protection to get approval before they could start the work. No one thought to tell me that. Ridiculous. At 8:30am, they now had to send a photo of the damaged rim to the insurance company and wait for another approval code. That came at 9:10am. At this point, I was late for work and not happy. I asked if I could please use a loaner because I was late for work. He said, "You'd have to rent a car for $24.99 a day plus fuel." I asked if he was serious. He was. NP VW sold me a protection plan that they made seem attractive and so easy. They didn't say it would add 2 hours to you your wait time and that they wont change your tire until the insurance claim comes through. They never said you'd have to rent a car and not get a loaner. What a racket. I ended up sitting there until 9:35. Almost 3 hours to change a flat tire. Never again. More

I even received a phone call to make sure of my appointment. Shannon was very helpful and courteous. Provided a tow company for me to use which was covered and they sent a text confirming when it would get to the house. They were on time and brought the car and my husband to the dealership. Very professional driver! Ken was my “advisor” and was clear and honest with his explanation of the work they were doing on the car. I felt very comfortable and confident in the ability of the mechanics working on the car. I would recommend this service center to my friends. Thank you North Penn VW! More
