When I reviewed my inspection papers, the back tires were notated as out of alignment based on their findings. I was never told of this and didn't notice it until I reviewed everything at home. I wish the technician or desk person mentioned it to me. It wasn't on the technicians recording either. If I knew, I would of had it done More

I was not informed of 26 hour rule by service or rental center, and was charged 2 day for having my vehicle for exactly 26 hours and only putting 8 miles on the rental. Additionally vw/mazda is one of the few dealers that make customers pay for rental car when my car had to be brought in for 2 recalls fixes. This was unfortuante, and a slap in the face when i was charged for 2 days. I was reimbursed only after multiple conversations with rentals staff and management. More

Loaner promised over the phone when I made the appointment was not ready when I arrived at 7:30am so I had to walk over Check in done with efficiency. Loaner promised over the phone when I made the appointment was not ready when I arrived at 7:30am so I had to walk over to the collision center across the parking lot and then paid $9 for collision deductible coverage. The loaner was a brand new Bug and very nice. Video from tech was hard to hear due to noise in the shop. It's a nice idea to take the video but the tech needs to speak a bit louder. Car wash not done at the end of service because (I was told) they were too busy. I can only hope that the mechanical and electronic services I brought the car in for were completed and that they weren't too busy to complete all of them. You see, I don't really know what happens in the shop but have to trust that the dealership is honest. The niceties, like an easy loaner program and picking up a nice sparkling dark green convertible bug at the end of service, that were what brought me an hour's drive back to this dealership, were not there this time. More
