Another excellent service experience at North Penn VW I have two VWs, and I’ve been servicing them both at North Penn VW for the past several years. I always have a great experience there. They’re great at listening, they provide up front estimates and explain all work ahead of time, and they take time to answer any questions or concerns I have. They also have a waiting room that’s very convenient for me to work there while I wait for service, and they have a free shuttle and on-site rental cars for times when I can’t wait in person. More

Quick and efficient I did have a great experience with Erin, who was friendly and helpful. I have some feedback for the experience overall. I have serviced with quite a few VW service centers so this is why I am writing. A few things that can take the experience to an even greater level is offering complimentary car washes and also pulling up the vehicles for customers when they are there to pick it up. I did receive a wash which was great, but, I had to ask for it and felt like it was a big deal to ask this of them. In addition, when I picked up my vehicle, it was raining out and I had to go out and find my car, rather than someone pulling it up under the drop off area for me. While the overall service was quick, speedy and everyone was very nice, it just felt very no frills, which is fine. I would recommend this service center to others. More

Headlight repair Came without an appointment to get a headlight bulb replaced. The car was checked and I needed new wiper blades. Life Saving Service ! Erin Trotter has been my serivce advisor for many years and she is awesome ! (not just because my youngest daughter is named Erin.. but it doesn't hu Erin Trotter has been my serivce advisor for many years and she is awesome ! (not just because my youngest daughter is named Erin.. but it doesn't hurt :) ) Went in to have the oil changed and have the car checked out and I received a TXT when the car was being serviced and a video of the dangerous problem that was found. Turns out I had a bubble in one of my front tires and if it had a blown I could have ended up in a very serious accident ! Erin explained the problem and had already researched to identify that the tire was still under a warranty (having purchased it last year and it conly cost me roughly $25 to have the tire mounted and balanced. So Erin saved me money and possibly my life ! So needless to say I will NEVER go any place else to buy a VW or have it serviced. Unfortunately for Tim Norotiana my 2013 VW Passat is in great shape so it will be a little while until I buy my 3rd car from him. "Carpe Diem" Howard N. Reid Jr. More
