Misunderstanding and misinformation Apparently received a email in error that had us come in for “Complimentary initial service” Service writer said no such service existed. Fortunatel Apparently received a email in error that had us come in for “Complimentary initial service” Service writer said no such service existed. Fortunately, dealership honored the email and did not charge. While in the shop, Technicians were supposed to fix squeaks and rattles-tried but failed. All still exist. Technician refused offer for me to ride along and point out problems. Service writer offered to fix when we return for a part recall. More

Tracy helped me both times, and she's the type of person that you want representing your business, company and/or dealership. I'm not sure how anyone has that much pep and unending friendliness in the early morning, but she crushes customer service. Pro-level. More
