I realize we are not perfect, and feedback like you have provided is one of the only ways we can improve. I have already set up a meeting with the involved parties to review your experience with them and see how we can prevent this from happening in the future. I will follow up with you privately to discuss your concerns with the wipers and cabin filter. With the vehicle being 3 years in service and 30,000 miles, that's not unusual to need wipers and a cabin filter. However, taking your feedback into consideration, a video of this or showing you in person, would have certainly helped. We're not in business to take people for unnecessary repairs.
