Steve was so helpful and friendly from the moment I called to inquire about a service issue, to the moment we picked up our vehicle. The facility is very nice, especially with the fancy fireplace. The dealership and Steve were great at communicating throughout our appointment as well. They also offer a shuttle driver to take us home or even pick us back up. When we left, they even offered a car wash. Great experience. We usually go to Alamo Heights VW, but this one is closer and a more elevated experience. Thanks!! More
