I highly recommend North Park Volkswagen dealer to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new car. Purchased a 2024 VW Taos SE from North Park Volkswagen last week. Had minor issues with the car. My service advisor, Steve provided a special experience going back to the old days before the computer age took over by documenting all transactions with plain old pen and paper. Exemplary customer service! Knowledgeable service technicians! A very generous complimentary shuttle service! A comfortable waiting area for customers! Tasty snacks and beverage Knowledgeable service technicians! A very generous complimentary shuttle service! A comfortable waiting area for customers! Tasty snacks and beverages--all free, o' course! And the shuttle driver, Liviu, is simply outstanding! He deserves a raise! He represents the NorthPark VW Dealership in such a positive way! His kindness is immeasurable and his concern for customers is remarkable! I can't say enough good things about NorthPark. They serviced my car after I failed to keep numerous scheduled appointments and then ultimately showed up without an appointment! I was willing to leave my car until they could fix it (which I understood was going to require at LEAST a full day), but they still completed it that same day! Liviu took me home AND then he drove me back to the dealership after my car was ready--which was actually after his workday had ALREADY ended. San Antonio metro area is B-I-G and the complimentary shuttle service is extraordinary! More
