I was scheduled for 8 AM; however, I was early and the technician took the car in right away. Furthermore, I was told it would be between an hour and an hour and a half and it was approximately 45 minutes technician took the car in right away. This was my second contact with Alan and, frankly, the primary reason I chose North Park over Gillman. We found Gillman impersonal, heavy handed, and self-serving. I know some of that is "the business" but, it costs nothing and brings goodwill to look at the whole picture-I.e., mileage, conditions, and-the likelihood of a customer returning for a second car in the not-so-distant future (something we're considering). Alan is bright and forthcoming-all the while an opportunist (We got a call from a light handed salesman on Alan's recommendation. Smart-but, NOT heavy handed.) Hang on to this young man. Thank you.
