His enthusiasm for the cars he sells is inspiring. His customer service is second to none, and he even sent a car to pick me up at the airport when I arrived in town to pick up my new car. Hayden was extremely efficient with getting all the paperwork signed, which allowed me to head back to Dallas as quickly as possible Hayden was thoughtful in checking on me during my drive back to Dallas, making sure I was safe and understood how to work all the new features on the car. Beautiful dealership, purchased a used Volvo, test drove a Mercedes, a Lexus and the Volvo. Everyone was very courteous and they worked with me on the registration. The only issue I had was the Roof Rack a Mercedes, a Lexus and the Volvo. Everyone was very courteous and they worked with me on the registration. The only issue I had was the Roof Rack Bars, I was told they would be installed but when I took the car home they were in the back...I didn't realize the key for them was missing and I was not notified. I contacted Fernie about the issue and was strung along for Months with no finality to the problem. The car is fine otherwise and the service was good..just this one hiccup though put a damper on my experience. More

I recently bought a used rx350 from this dealership through Kent Hathaway. The car was almost perfect(minor chrome trim out of place). They had it "fixed" for me but it's still out of place and they da through Kent Hathaway. The car was almost perfect(minor chrome trim out of place). They had it "fixed" for me but it's still out of place and they damaged a fender flare in the process. I don't mind that too much, but when I had the car detailed by a professional detailer, he informed me that he's wiping off dye from the backseat being redyed improperly. I immediately let Kent know what was going on and he agreed to fix it for me. It's now been 2 months since he was informed of my troubles, and over a month since he has responded to me. DO NOT GO HERE. More
