We bought a KIA in Tulsa. Took a vacation to San Antonio and our transmission went out after ONLY 32,000 miles. The Tulsa dealership said it didnt break down in their jurisdiction so we had to go through San Antonio KIA. They gave us the 800-333- whatever number and we have been on hold 4 different times for 30 minutes, just to get answered by someone with a messed up headset so... This brand of car is ridiculous. I will never purchase a KIA again. More
