He listened to every single word we said and was able to find the exact car we were looking for. He was knowledgeable, understanding, and never once made us feel pressured into making a decision. He was able to pair me with a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, and it was love at first sight. During the test drive, he was able to answer every single question we had. When we arrived back at the dealership, James let Mr. Frisby know what we were shooting for as far as monthly payments went, and Mr. Frisby was INCREDIBLY accommodating! Everyone worked far into the night (and long after closing time!) to get us the best deal, and I could not have been more appreciative. In our way to another Mitsubishi dealership we drove by this dealership and decided to stop and get a test drive on a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander sport. It was 30 minutes before closing time, Mr. Jeffery apr this dealership and decided to stop and get a test drive on a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander sport. It was 30 minutes before closing time, Mr. Jeffery aproach us and very kindly took the time to grant us a text drive even though it was so late not to mensition there was no pressure during the whole negotiation process. We got a great deal on the vehicle we wanted and Mr. Frisby then walked us throw the finalcial aspect of the loan and work extreamely hard to get us the lowest montly payments and interest rates and as that was not enough he also took the time to give us some financial time on how to improve our credit scores.
