I was looking for a specific Challenger RT Classic, with specific options. The salesman worked hard to find viable vehicles (3 different colors that I preferred) even though they were located more than 40+ specific options. Out of the 3 possible vehicles, he was able to secure one and went out of his way to provide the best price possible. I really liked the whole "no haggle" process. Mr Schupp worked with his finance manager Mr Somerville to beat the finance rate I was going to use with my credit union, resulting in more savings for me. They took the time to explain all aspects of the vehicle, financing, rebates and any available extended warrantees to my satisfaction. I was concerned with getting the vehicle transported to NOCJDR without adding extra miles since it was located more than 40+ miles away at another Dodge dealership. Mr Schupp was able to deliver it without issue. Now that I have had a chance to drive my new Challenger RT Classic, I find the vehicle far exceeding my expectations. The dealership was easy to find and is close to home. They are friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to please the customer. Their service department was clean and appointment hours are flexible. Overall a very positive experience. More
