WHAT A BUNCH OF SLEAZEBALLS! PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING I found a 2012 BMW X5 that sounded like a good deal. I later discovered that it was involved in a accident but I was willing to overlook that b/c it s I found a 2012 BMW X5 that sounded like a good deal. On four (4) separate occasions, I emailed and asked them to verify that it was accurate but they kept avoiding answering that question. I live almost 4 hours from them and so I finally told them that I was not going to risk a 7-8 hour round trip and that they needed to at the very least, verify that Satellite Radio was on this vehicle. Finally, I got a call from Clevon Chula telling me that in fact, it did not have Satellite Radio. When asked if they intended to make it right, he said no. We went round and round and finally I spoke with Matthew, What a waste! He said that they are not responsible for anything in the ad. OMG!! By that time, I had already sold my car and really needed to make a purchase, So I said OK anyway because I was worried that my prearranged Credit Union Financing time limit would expire. Then the day FINALLY came when they sent the Buyer's Order to me. Why was I not surprised that the fees were over $1,500.00!!! These folks reinforce the legendary standing definition of a Used Car Salesman. PLEASE ... if you're reading this, run as fast as you can in the other direction. I don't know who's writing these good reviews but I suspect that they are fake. BTW: The minimum amount of stars one can apply is one (1) - otherwise I would have applied zero (0) or even a negative number. In response to your response … So now let's add fake niceness to the list. I just received a phone call from Clevon Chula, ranting and carrying on. I just hope that anyone reading this dribble picks up on the excuse that you’ve made. It is exactly what you said to me, which is that you are “NOT RESPONSIBLE for any mistakes that you make.” wow - what other business on Earth gets away with this? You advertised the vehicle as having Satellite Radio installed. Four (4) times, I asked that this be verified before I made that trip to Miami. It was only after I said that I would not come down until I had a picture of the radio showing the Satellite Radio icon. When you got caught, you guys argued that the cost was very minimal and I should call BMW and pay for it myself. I have an email to back that up. You could have lived up to your ad by spending $295. To make yourself look good in your reply, you state that the cost was $2,000.00! That’s amazing how you’re able to twist numbers as you modify the story. I have those emails and I have those costs for anyone who would like to view them. As for the fees … I have your Buyer’s Order that was emailed to me and $899 + $199 does not equal $1,501.45, which is what you tried to pull. For anyone who would like to verify this, go online to photobucket dot com and in the search window, search the VIN (5UXZW0C52CL667683) – the VIN is the username. As for fake reviews … Are you are trying to insult everyone that might be reading this? Anybody knows that someone can use a proxy server to disguise an IP address and then pump up the reviews all day long to cover up the bad reviews. I would recommend that anyone reading your reviews, sort them by “Negative” otherwise, by default, only the Positive and/or Fake Reviews show up at the top. I think by now, most people reading this can see through your response. More

No follow up OK so first I want to say I have visited the Miami dealership twice last week and everyone was friendly and helpful. However the two Ford C-Max's we test drove had mechanical issues so one went into service I was told. The sales associates was to get back to me the next day regarding the scope of the repair because I really liked this car. I still have not heard back from anyone regarding this vehicle. The second vehicle we drove had a radiator leak and we had to turn around two minutes into the test drive. To date I have spoken to the friendly customer service rep twice, on-line chat once and e-mailed the GM once with all this info, no reply yet. On my last call to the dealership I was disconnected after being told I was being forwarded to the manager. Really, does this dealership want to sell a car or not? More

From the moment I waked into the dealership I felt welcomed and knew I was in the right place to purchase my vehicle. Marat could not have been better than he was. Genuine, helping, professional, knowledgeable, all words that can be used to describe him. You don't get that from a salesperson often, but when you do, it makes the buying experience that much better. I went there on a Sunday and it was busy but Marat and the rest of the staff (manager, finance, etc) all stayed late and made sure I was able to drive my new car off the lot the same day, much appreciated as I traveled 4 hrs to go there and didn't want to have to come back. I would strongly suggest Miami Car Credit and Marat if you are looking for a new vehicle. More
