I usually had a great experience there. Last time, I asked to team to check my tire pressure, since the light was on, I had a tire warranty that was expiring the next day. If needed they could’ve get me a new tire for free, as they did before. The team checked the tire and told me the tire was ok. It just needed some air. Two weeks later, the same tire got flat. I’m sure there was something wrong with it all the way. They should’ve gotten me a new tire when I took the car there. Now my tire warranty has expired and I had to get my tire fixed. Very upsetting More

On July 19, 2025, I took my 2016 Toyota Prius to Toyota of North Hollywood because my hybrid warning light had turned on. I visited the dealership and was helped by Russell Pascal. He tells me that my ca of North Hollywood because my hybrid warning light had turned on. I visited the dealership and was helped by Russell Pascal. He tells me that my car would be ready later day, so I Ubered home. At 5 pm, he calls me and tells me that I would need to leave the car overnight as it wouldn't be ready until 3 pm the next day. I need my car to get around. On Saturday, around 2:45, he called me and said I could come and pick up my car. In the phone conversation, I was told my Prius would need a new ECU and that it would cost over $1800.00. I also am charged $215.00 for the service despite saying over and over again I have a warranty, which Russell constantly said only on the battery. When my father purchased this vehicle in 2021, he had purchased an extended warranty, a Platinum plan. My father and I had to come back the following Monday with the warranty in hand to prove the car was still under warranty. On Monday, when my Father and I came back to the dealership, we were helped by the service manager, who refunded the service charge and looked up the policy to see it was still valid and confirmed it was. The part was ordered, and my father and I thought our troubles were over. The following week, when the new ECU came in, I made an appointment to have the replacement part installed. I arrived at 8 AM, which was the time of my appointment, where I was met by Ana Menes. I told her what I was there for, and she double checked that the part was there, which she confirmed it was. At approximately 2 pm that day, I received a call from Ana telling me that the wrong part was ordered and that I would have to come back the following week. So, finally, on August 7th, the right part was installed two weeks after I brought the car in. On the receipt, it shows the cost if I had to pay was 732.00, much different then the quoted price by Russell More
