If you call them out on their xx and put your foot down, they'll eventually give you what you deserve. Nothing bad to say about service. They seemed to do their job fine without any trouble. Had a fine time working from there for a few hours while waiting for my car to be ready. Good wifi, plenty of space. More
I have had body work done in the past via North Hollywood Toyota and have received courteous and professional service every time. I recommend them wholeheartedly. Toyota and have received courteous and professional service every time. I recommend them wholeheartedly. More
Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My interactions with John have been extremely positive. I’m impressed by how quickly issues with my car have been resolved. My interactions with John have been extremely positive. I’m impressed by how quickly issues with my car have been resolved. More
your new waiting room set up SUCKS! I don't know who thought this was a good idea, but I'd be leery of listening to them in the future More

An independent mechanic specialized in Toyotas wanted $980. I decided to go with North Hollywood Toyota, where I had bought the car originally, who had a price of $1015. I was there for 5 1/2 hours and when they delivered the car back at 3:30 pm, the dash cam was sitting in the console instead of mounted on the windshield. I brought it back today after being told that it was just a matter of double sided tape and would be quick. An hour later I realized I better get the car back as I had an appointment to get my hearing aid fixed. I explained to Jack I needed the car right then and he said he would have them bring it. I was going to take it back to Best Buy who had originally installed the dash cam .A half an hour later it showed up and obviously they had just done the work. So yeah, I missed my appointment to get my hearing aid repaired. I guess in the future I better go with a local independent mechanic. More
